From multiple story high skyscrapers in our LA metropolitan area to local slab pours. Our work has not only built So-cal, but has also given it character.
We focus on picture perfect and aesthetically clean finishes, from razor-straight control joints to formed fire pits that pull neighbors out of hibernation, every project is built for the long haul—and for the inevitable backyard bragging rights. We show up on time, clean up the rubble, and leave behind concrete finishes that laugh in the face of weather forecasts. At the end of a job we will make sure you are left with a solid feeling of amazement and comfort in knowing your money was used in the right investment.
Meet the Founder
(aka our CEO)
Luis Leon Gonzalez is a father, a husband, a son, and a brother, but most importantly, an incredibly hardworking man. He comes from a family with many generations of construction workers and professionals. He learned from the best, his father, and with his brother, they continued to grow as perfectionist concrete finishers while building So-Cal, one job site at a time. Luis has 13 years of experience as a concrete finisher; he spent seven of those years building his knowledge and education in college, studying business administration, design, automotive communication, and civil engineering. For years, he had dreamed of building a company from the ground up. A company that would not only offer near-perfect concrete services, but also be part of the impact on growth in our local communities, and, with that, help make our local Southern California a better place for us all, one concrete job at a time.
He spends most of his free time with his world, his two kids, and his wife. In his hobbies, he is a mechanic, a fan of trucks, and an off-road racer; he races King of the Hammers every year with his brother in their own two race cars and has been doing so since 2020.
Meet Our Leaders
Luis Leon is the father of Luis and Carol. A loving and caring father who gave his entire life, working so that his children would have a good life. He spent his childhood and teenage years working in ranching with his father, later as a taxi driver, and then as the owner of a butcher shop. He started working in concrete when he was only 26; he spent 8 years as a concrete finisher and another 15 years as a concrete foreman. He has never stopped working. With more than 23 years of experience knowing the art of concrete, he is our Vice President, and rightly so; he is the reason why all three of his kids have grown to be hardworking, honest, successful people. His kids like to joke that at his age, he has more energy to work and is more fit than all of his kids combined. In his free time, he rides his horses and is an incredible horse trainer. When he’s not with his horses, he spends his weekends with his family.

Luis Leon Sr.
Tristan Leon Gonzalez is the son of Luis Sr. and brother to Luis and Carol; he is the middle sibling of the three. He graduated with high gpa from high school and continues his education in college, where he studies civil engineering and business administration, at the same time he started working with both his brother and father in the concrete finishing business, where he spent 8 years as a concrete finisher and since November 2024 has been working as a assistant superintendent at one of the largest general contractors in the country, in his time off he helps this company run as the Treasurer, which he is more than qualified to do with his knowledge in education and construction.
At 13 years old, his first unofficial job was as a trumpet player for a mariachi band, where he learned to perfect the art of music and singing, a skill that was passed down from his grandfather, who was also a great singer. Now his hobby is off-road racing, which he races with his brother, accompanied by his sister and father as the pit crew leaders.
Tristan Leon Gonzalez
Carol, the daughter of Luis Sr. and the youngest and only sister of her brothers. She grew up surrounded by beautiful examples of human beings: her brothers, her mother and father, who mean everything to her. They inspired her to work hard and achieve high scores from an early age. She graduated from high school with an average GPA of 4.25 and has been attending Cal Poly Pomona since 2023, where she studies Architecture, a field of study that has taught her many things, including skills in design, planning, and communication that have helped her design much of the marketing for the company. She serves as the creative director and continues to build a vision for the future.
Like her brothers, she loves off-road racing, trucks, and her favorite animals are dogs and horses. She considers herself one of the brothers, as she grew up always looking up to them and with the same interests. Her goal is to be part of change and, in construction and design, make people’s daily lives a little bit better.
